A couple of months ago, a housewife from Bangladesh border village in West Katigara made an Adhar Card for herself and her baby. Her son’s card was mistaken. Then Bilal came forward for help. He brought the woman to Silchar Meherpur and raped her in the name of fixing Aadhar Card. They raised the question that why Bilal was not arrested after such a big crime. Gairik Bharat officials came forward to the police station and demanded that the accused should be arrested, otherwise they would join a mass movement.
