Sudarshan Gupta of Assam’s Silchar left for his heavenly abode at 11:40 am of 14th January 2023. He suffered from a stroke a few days back and was hospitalized, when he breathed his last breath. Gupta was an extremely softhearted and noble human being who actively participated in several social works. He was the Head, Deptt of History, Radhamadhab College, Silchar. His name is counted among the most prominent journalists in the region. The sudden demise of Sudarshan Gupta has spread a feeling of grief in the region. We pray to God to provide strength to his family and loved ones.
