On Wednesday, Prabhas’ first look from the highly anticipated film ‘Project K’ was unveiled, showcasing the star in a unique avatar with a top bun and a fully armed, robotic body. However, the initial poster faced backlash on Twitter as disappointed fans criticized the heavy use of graphics and compared it to ‘Adipurush.’
In response to the negative reactions, the film’s makers swiftly removed the original poster and shared a slightly altered version, which received a more positive response from some users.
Despite the mixed reactions, excitement for ‘Project K’ remains high as it is set to make history as the first-ever Indian film to premiere at the renowned San Diego Comic-Con in 2023.
A billboard at Times Square in New York City has further fueled anticipation, announcing that the first glimpse of the film will be revealed on July 20.
Starring alongside Prabhas, Deepika Padukone’s look from the film has already been unveiled.
‘Project K’ is slated for a grand release on January 12, 2024, in multiple Indian languages.
