In a disturbing turn of events, a quarrel among gang members in the quiet village of Shildubi erupted into violence late last night, leaving the community shaken. Two individuals, Haider Hussain and Shamim Ahmed Laskar, were apprehended by vigilant villagers and subsequently handed over to the police.
Haider Hussain sustained injuries during the altercation and was immediately provided with the necessary medical attention. Upon further investigation, the police recovered 12 handmade live ammunition rounds in the suspects’ possession.
Both apprehended individuals claimed to have been assaulted by a rival gang, shedding light on the escalating tensions among local groups. Superintendent Mahatta has assured the public that an extensive investigation is underway to uncover the truth behind the dispute and ensure those responsible are brought to justice.
The firing incident has sparked widespread concerns among residents of Shildubi Part-II village, who are now living in fear due to the escalating tensions between rival groups.
