Silchar News Latest | NFR resume Assam Mizoram train line through the Silchar Bhairobi train
The NFR (Northeast Frontier Railway) decided to resume the services of the passenger special train between Silchar in Assam and Bhairabi in Mizoram. Silchar Aizwal train and Silchar Mizoram train will start from this week for the benefit of the local passengers.
The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has announced in the press release that the services of Train No. 05567/05568 Silchar Bhairabi passenger special have been resumed as bi-weekly service from September 10.
The NFR said in the press, “The train will leave from Silchar on every Tuesdays and Friday at 16-55 hours to reach Bhairabi at 21-00 hours and leave from Bhairabi on every Wednesday and Saturday at 05-30 hours to reach Silchar at 09-20 hours”.
NFR also informed that the services of weekly special train running between Agartala and Secundrabad have been extended to run for more three trips as per existing path, timings, stoppages, and composition.
As per the NFR, the services of Train No. 07030/07029 Secunderabad- Agartala – Secunderabad weekly special have been extended to run for more three trips. The train will leave from Secunderabad on 13th, 20, and 27th September 2021 (Monday) and from Agartala on 17th, 24th September, and 1st October 2021 (Friday).
The NFR has informed that the details of the stoppages and timings of these trains are available on the IRCTC website and are also being notified in various newspaper and social media platforms of N.F. Railway. Passengers are requested to see these details before undertaking their journey. The N. F. Railway notified that during the train journey and on arrival at their destination, the passengers will have to adhere to prevailing health protocols of the destination state and also requested to co-operate with the railway.
