Shah Rukh Khan’s latest film, “Jawan,” has officially become a massive hit after grossing over Rs. 1000 crore worldwide.
After an old video of Shah Rukh Khan, in which he discussed the idea of a film grossing 1000 crore, reappeared online, the excitement surrounding this accomplishment skyrocketed. Khan discussed his hopes for reaching this goal and questioned the wisdom of capping one’s wealth at 100 crore in the video.
In response to the video, Shah Rukh Khan’s legion of adoring admirers on Reddit began calling him the “Badshah of Bollywood.”
After the international success of Khan’s last blockbuster, “Pathaan,” which also grossed over 1000 crore, “Jawan” becomes his second film of the year to do so. And the hype train for SRK is nowhere close to dying out and is gaining steam.
The much-anticipated film “Dunki,” starring Shah Rukh Khan, will be released on Christmas Day. Fans are optimistic that “Dunki” will achieve the same level of success as its predecessors.
Reports say the highly awaited picture “Dunki” would compete with Prabhas’ feature “Salaar” over the holiday season, promising an exciting cinematic fight.
